The Eye - Dawn

The Eye is the center of a distant metropolis - and the pristine seat of a totalitarian oligarchy that watches over the surrounding urban sprawl. Its name reflects both the dystopian nature of the society and the presence of storms on the planet's surface - where the eye of an ancient hurricane looms nearby.
